Face daily wash and exfoliation?

i know you should exfoliate 2 timez per week





but i have a clean and clear DAILY wash


witch i use day and night





but it has them particles witch exfoliate





so am i suppose to use this 2 times per week





or is this ok for everyday use?





if its ok what am i suppose to use 2 times per week

Follow the directions on the back. If it says it can be used daily I would use it only once - so choose either morning or night. I'd use it right after you have your shower so your pores are more open. Good luck!Face daily wash and exfoliation?
usually the particals in a daily wash with exfoliator should only be used by people who have skin problems or open pores.. if you don't don't use it. when you exfoliate daily you do not exfoliate 2 times a week, however you should twice a week use a moisturising mask.





and use sun block or a good moisturizer
