Depend what they said on the proudcts if they said daily then you use it everday. If they said 2 to 3 times then follow what they said at the back of the bottle. If they don't said try to press a little bit out on your hand if the exfoliation stuff is like hard sand or rough then use it 2 to 3 times becaue it's stronge if you use it on your face. If it's like soft sand then use it daily. You know soft exofliation stuff are for everday but rough like hard sand are only for 2 to 3 times. But read your instruciton at the back of the bottle before you use it every time. How often can I use this exfoliation stuff?

Long story short -- you can use it daily as long as it doesn't irritate your skin. If your skin starts feeling tender, switch to a regular cleanser for a day or two.
Don't use it at all. St. Ives Apricot Scrub is one of the worst exfoliators on the market! It robs your skin of your natural oils because it is cheap!

Daily- It's a shower gel, so you can use it every day. You usually take a shower every day, so I think it's safe. You might want to use a moisturizer after you use it though

i tried that stuff and i got to say that was my fav. body wash.i used it when i was taking a shower[every other day]
2-3 times a week :)
