yes it is, that is if you dont do it every day. all taht exfoliation does is slough of dead skin cells, over time they tend to build up, and slowly come off. Exfoliation if done propley just help speed up the process, remember after exfoliating always mositerize your skin with an spf30 since your skin may be prone to sun damage.
Yes. Exfoliation is critical to maintaining good skin on both body and face in the long run. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells that tend to form a sort of ';glue'; with skin oils, soaps and moisturizers. If you don't exfoliate these dead cells, they make your skin look dull, lifeless and can actually lead to the appearance of early wrinkling in spots. The key is to exfoliate gently every day to avoid scratching the skin. A pair of bath gloves or a loofah should do fine.
It gets rid of dead skin cells which will make your skin looker fresher. You should follow it with a good moisterizer. And of course don't smoke and drink lots of water, hydration will make you skin look better.
If you are lazy about moisterized like I am buy Olay ribbons body wash. You'll feel like you just applied lotion straight out of the shower!
yes...eventually you will lose that skin any way ...the average human loses 400 lbs. of skin throughout their life
it helps remove dead skin cells so they do not clog pores. so i guess it would make you look younger. your skin also needs to breathe to be healthy and the removal of dead skin cells helps it get more oxygen.
Yes your removing all the dead skin encouraging fresh healthy skin and promoting healthy circulation which also help remove toxins such as celulite-really makes a difference
in the long run yes as is toneing and moisturizing.
Yes, As a baby your skin can renew itself.
That's why babies have such supple smooth skin,
As you age your skin cells build up, Exfoliation is necessary in most people to remove dead skin cells and reveal '; new skin'; this gives you a revitalized look and in many cases stops acne and blackheads as the cells are no longer blocking the pores.
I'm not saying if you exfoliate your going to have baby skin, but it is definetly softer, supple, clearer and younger looking.
Exfoliation on the chest area (near kneck) is vital aswell, because a lot of oils and dirt collect in that area.
