I have keratosis pilaris, or chicken skin. I've been reading all about it and you're supposed to use an exfoliator, and I was just wondering if anybody knew of one that worked well.Exfoliation question . . . ?

collodial oatmeal baths and lachydron cream available at a pharmacy. the lactic acid in the cream helps exfloiate and realease the tiny hairs stuck inside from dead skin cells. the oatmeal baths will soften and soothe the skin. use a washcloth while in the oatmeal bath to encourage exfoliation further. use the cream everyday.
