There are many products and methods of exfoliation for different parts of the body ie: loofah sponges or bars used in conjunction with creams lotions or even sand, round silica or tiny particles of shells and seeds like apricot or walnut with the hot shower or bath water. The entire body benefits from exfoliation, it's just the methods and place that it is done in, or with that is the difference.
