Can Microdermabrasion, Dermabrasion or Exfoliation help remove ice pick acne scars?

i think so, but i heard of this easier way that you dont have to go through needles // whatever they use, its called ';Pockmark Filler'; and its by University Medical..it gets rid of those little hole thingers.. I haven't tried it but I really want too.. because i have the same thing..
