Exfoliation products or methods??

I don't understand what products or methods are used to exfoliate. Are products that Salicylic Acid or Alpha Hydroxy Acid exfolients? Or is there special products that I need to look for. Should I look for specific scrubs, cleansers, or home microdermabrasion kits to exfoliate? Are there products that I should specifically look for to treat acne or wrinkles or both?Exfoliation products or methods??
Exfoliation is only for removing out your dead skin on face or other parts of you body.

I use St. Ives products! They're very affordable yet very effective. They have a lot of scrubs depending on your skin type. They have salicylic acid in their products. I suggest you go visit their website at stives.com.Exfoliation products or methods??
Bliss is a spa in NY but you can buy their products in sephora or on the bliss website. They make this great face scrub called Pore perfecting face polish. Its expensive but it shrinks pores, gives a healthy dewy glow and scrubs without drying or making ruddiness.
Salicylic Acid is commpnly used to treat acne prone skin and yes Alpha Hydroxy Acid has good exfoliating properties. Email me at megdhanusi@yahoo.com and I will be able to send you information on really good line of hair products. I will reply you back with the link of the site you can buy them from. You will see the results in few uses. All products comes with claimes of how much improvement you will see and in how much time. No other products makes such accurate claims. It comes with 100% satisfraction guarantee, or you will get full refund on retail price even if you have used half the bottle.
Those acids are not traditional exfoliants, they are usually used to treat acne. I would not suggest micro dermabrasion, it is much more harsh way of extremely exfoliating that is usually not the best option for most people. It all depends on your skin type, so its hard to give you a very specific answer about what you should do. Everyone's skin can benefit form exfoliating, the question is just how often to do it and that depnds on your skin. Dove has a exfoliating facewash that is gentle enough to be used everyday, and if you have really good skin i would say that is a simple and inexpensive method. If you tend to have problems with your skin, I would suggest using all-natural products such as aveda or espa. Aveda skin products are really great for your skin, they work well and are (i believe) affordable. I love espa products, which is a European company you will probably have to look up online, they are only 7 or so salons in the country that sell their products. the one i know of is in cleveland called spa west, and you can call them and order any products and they will ship it to you. Th eproduct i would recommend for you is called skin polish, which is actually made of crushed sea shells. it is the best exfoliant i have ever used, but i love all their facial products. they have amazing products for aging as well, so if you are interested you could get their introduction set that gives you a sample of everything for a decent price. Espa is definitely on the more expensive side, but because they use essential oils it is all very concetrated and you will use a lot less than other products. Good luck!
