How often shud men exfoliate in a week?..Is it safe to do it every day?How often shud exfoliation be done?
I do it three times a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I find that if I do it more than that my skin dries out. Good Luck!How often shud exfoliation be done?
Up to 3 times a week. Try a pore-cleansing mask in between. You may not need it as much, since men shave, which helps exfoliation.
i say exfoliation should be done once a month. doing it as often as everyday will dry out and irritate skin which will cause a break out and you dont want that. hope this helps. :-)
ha ha god i laugh at some at these answers i wonder where they get them from any beauty therapist would tell you 2-3 times a week, no more answer from a beauty therapist
Do it too often and you'll get acne.
