Once with no beads but with AHA's......or a scrub wil beads?What is best for exfoliation?

I like Oil of Olay body wash scrubs with the beads in them and using a LOOFA ( puff) it helps my body feel nice and smooth. As far as facial goes, i prefer the ones that scrub, but dont over do it, maybe alternate between scrubing and regular wash so you dont damage your skin.REMEMBER to moisturize.What is best for exfoliation?
I really prefer Mary Kay's exfoliation system - the micro beads are very small and do an excellent job.,
