What is best for exfoliation?

Once with no beads but with AHA's......or a scrub wil beads? What is best for exfoliation?
I used to be a firm believer in manual facial scrubs (from beads to sugar to oatmeal) and used it for 15+ years. Then I finally tried AHA and BHA products over the past 3 years. I discovered that chemical exfoliation works much more effectively than the traditional scrubs. The AHA is great for brown, aging spots and sun damages, including the beginning stages of wrinkles. The BHA works best for acne control. Both are effective with a 5%-8% concentration, with a pH balance of 3-4. Seriously, chemical exfoliation can exfoliate deeper, whereas scrubs only works on the more superficial levels if you really scrub your face, which only irritates the skin more. Try the AHA and you'll see and feel the difference in your skin texture. What is best for exfoliation?
any really, as long as it gets the job done.

I use special gloves when i exfoliate, helps remove the dead skin better.
For my body i use olive oil and sugar, its amazing!
Papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream(with Alpha Hydroxy acid) which are
