St-Ives exfoliation, how often should I exfoliate?

I have combination but sensitive skin, I exfoliate twice every 3 days, is that too often? if yes, how often should I exfoliate?

i exfoliate 1nce a day but i'm really oily so i guess that's fine if you're oily or combination
