There are many products available at your local drugstore -look for something called a ';scrub';. If you want to exfoliate just your face, look for ';face scrub';. It is usually a lotion type base with lots of crushed apricot pits. Add just a bit to some water and, using your fingers, rub all over your face, rinse well and moisturize.
Exfoliation is the most important part of a healthy skin care regime. We need to exfoliate twice a week which makes our skin shiny and prevent blackheads and white heads to appear on the skin.Even i exfoliate just twice a week and my skin is just like wonderful. What i suggest you is to use ';Artistry polishing scrub'; ,Rejuvenates dull-looking skin.Rejuvenates dull-looking skin and accelerates your natural exfoliating process. For all skin types.

you can look up on internet for some oatmeal scrubs you can make at home....don't use harsh abrasives on the face because it can cause small scarring and use a puff ball
I use to get glycolic facials every month for $60.00. Since I got married and had kids I can no longer afford them. The best mask is made by Serious Skincare it's a glycolic mask, it's like having a facial and leaves your skin very clean and smooth. Go to HSN website.
Sea salt is a gd body exfolitor. After scrubbing your whole body with sea salt you would feel the smoothness on your skin. If your skin is sensitive i would recommend scooping a little amt for your arm, apply on it in circular method, repeat tis throughout the whole body and wash away with clean water.

As for your face you could use oats and manuka honey, mix them together and apply on your face, wait for the mixture to dry a little then scrub in a circular motion with you third and fourth fingers fr your chin upwards and outwards. Clean your face with clean cold water. The most impt part, do not rub your face with towel, cos it would expand your pores and leave dirt and clog your pores, instead dab your face dry with towel(do this even if you r juz cleaning your face)
I use a foaming face wash and a BufPuf every morning. For my body, I like using Arbonne, they have a bunch of different scents. (It's made of sea salt for scrubbing and oils to keep your skin moist.)

For my feet and elbows, I use a pumice stone about once a week. Be very gentle and use moisturizer as well.
Exfoliation works in the same way that sandpaper does, the rough 'grains' rub the rough surface from your skin. Avon does a good apricot facial scrub, and you can buy similar items at Kmart and the like. Alternatively, mix some powdered oatmeal and salt into a paste with a little water and use it the same way.
i personally preferr cosmetic scrubs, but there is one ';grandma recepe';. mix 1 teaspoon slt and 1 teasponn baking soda with body wash on the sponge and wash you bidy with it. i used to do it, when a had problems with bacne. (back acme) it actually helps.

otherwise, scrubs usually are made of crushed apricot pits, so almost all of them are essentially the same.
